Arvinder Kaul, MD, FAPA, CPPM, TMS Certified

Dr. Kaul is a board-certified psychiatrist and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Kaul finished medical school in India and worked as general practitioner for nine years before moving to the United States. She started her residency in psychiatry in 2000 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson and finished in 2004. After that, Dr. Kaul started work at Southcentral Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi, as a staff psychiatrist. For 10 years, Dr. Kaul provided psychiatric services for outpatient, inpatient, nursing homes, hospital consults, crisis intervention centers and a partial hospitalization program. In November 2015, Dr. Kaul opened her own outpatient clinic and ran that for two years. During that time, she also covered the geriatric unit at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, as medical director. During that time, Dr. Kaul had an opportunity to work on transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) with NeuroStar and started treating patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) with significant results.
