Gagandeep Kaur, NP

Gagandeep Kaur is an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She joined Discovery MD as a part-time nurse practitioner in April 2023 and became a full-time nurse practitioner in June 2023. Gagandeep’s role at Discovery MD is to assess, diagnose and treat the mental health needs of her patients. She graduated from Adelphi University in New York in 2018 where she earned her certification. She’s worked in both a hospital and primary care facility, gaining valuable experience in occupational health, addiction treatment, and psychiatric care. While working at New York Presbyterian Hospital and North Shore Primary Care, Gagandeep provided care to patients with a variety of mental health needs. Her career goal is to continue utilizing her skills and knowledge to provide the highest level of evidence-based care to her patients in a safe and secure environment.
